Student Financing

Brewer Christian College and Graduate School provides a tuition-financing program that services the needs of our students.

All new incoming Brewer Christian College (BCC) students are offered a no interest*, twenty-four (24) month payment plan. This payment plan is not a monthly subscription fee for participating in classes at the school, but is designed to provide assistance for ministers who want to continue their academic journey without having to pay the entire amount in one sum or incur extravagant interest rates and fees from creditors by taking loans or using a credit card. All students who use the payment plan option will be charged a one time convenience fee of three percent (3%) of the entire program balance to cover processing charges.

To be eligible for the no-interest, twenty-four (24) month payment plan students must provide Brewer Christian College’s financial department with valid credit or debit card information and authorize monthly payments to be automatically withdrawn on the fifteenth (15th) of each month until they reach a zero balance. The first payment is ten percent of the entire program balance (10%) the remaining balance is divided evenly into 24 monthly payments. Students may not begin the program until the 10% down payment is received by Brewer Christian College.

Reporting Changes in Credit or Debit Card Information
If the credit or debit card on file with Brewer Christian College is changed or cancelled in any way that would prohibit BCC from collecting the monthly payment, the student will be responsible to notify BCC with seven days of the change. If on the fifteenth of the month the card is denied for payment, students will be notified by email and allowed seven days to provide BCC with the correct information. If the student does not notify BCC within seven (7) days, the student will lose access to his/her BCC account and course pages and the ability to receive transcripts from the registrar’s office. Late payments will also incur a $25 late payment fee that will be added to the students remaining balance on the day that the card is declined. BCC will restore full access to accounts and transcripts when the student contacts BCC’s financial office and rectifies the situation. Any credit or debit card changes must be reported by phone to the financial office at 904-374-1497.

Students who un-enroll prior to completing the program
Students who formally un-enroll from the program (see student handbook for un-enrollment procedures) before the balance reaches zero may request the monthly charges to stop, but will be responsible to pay the balance of the previously incurred enrollment and technical fees, as well as tuition for any completed or enroll courses that the student participated in. Brewer Christian College will automatically deduct any remaining balance will from the student’s credit or debit card within seven (7) days of formal withdrawal.

* Students are never charged interest in this program. Students who use the program are charged a one time 3% convenience fee based on the entire program. For example a $3200.00 program would incur a one time fee of $96.00. Additional fees and tuition for courses that are retaken that are not settled within 30 days are also liable for the 3% convenience fee.
