494 Field Education:
This course provides the student with an opportunity
for learning experienced through travel, short term mission
trips, educational exchange programs, and learning through
observation.

495 Guided Reading:
This course is designed to provide specific reading
guidance in the area of the student’s chosen emphasis.

496 Practicum:
A ministry/vocational relevant project or assignment
that requires hands-on opportunities with specific goals
and outcomes.

497 Internship:
This is a 3,6, or 9-month internship program under
the direction of a mentor in the area of the degree major.

499 Research Project:
A course designed to acquaint the student with the
underlying principles of research and provide them with
an adequate understanding of academic writing, logical thinking,
basic research methods, and the use of various descriptive
and inferential statistics.
