Staff, Faculty, and Friends,
From day one, the focus of Brewer Christian College has been building the Kingdom of God through academic excellence, allowing the Holy Spirit to be the final teacher and guide in every degree program. We are blessed to be working with the ABHE, the Association of Biblical Higher Education, who share with us the realization that the primary objective of Christian education is, not content transferal but transformation. When you commit to intense Biblical study, the Holy Spirit speaks to you through His Word and it not only changes you, but everyone you know. ABHE, founded in 1947, is a national accrediting agency recognized by the US Department of Education for Biblical higher education. Membership in ABHE will provide Brewer students with greater transferability of credit, partnership with a world leader in Christian higher education, and access to government funds, including loans and grants. Will you help? We have the staff, our faculty is growing, and student development is going forward full speed. We need one thing to continue on in this direction, making your programs and degrees more valuable… money. Yes, it is that simple. All of these advances need financing. In prayer this week the Lord revealed a simple answer. I was praying, “Lord you have done so much; I have seen miracles happen before my eyes for Brewer Christian College and Graduate School. We have grown in favor and honor before You and man, what we need now is the finance’s. Though in the natural this is an overwhelming obstacle, it is miniscule compared to all You have done.” The answer He gave was clear and powerful, simply make the need known and I will take care of the rest. So here I am. With the fees, visits, and administrative costs, an estimate for the first two years of the accreditation process is around $100,000.
